▷ ¿Las mascotas pueden transmitir el Covid-19? Coronavirus NO

dog puppy NO transmite covid-19 Coronavirus cachorros tecnologia shurkonrad

¿Puedo sacar a mi perro a caminar?
•    Las caminatas al aire libre deben ser cortas y enfocadas, solo para satisfacer sus necesidades fisiológicas;
•    Solo una persona debe pasear al perro en cada salida;
•    Busque lugares menos concurridos y prefiere los momentos más tranquilos;

The outbreak of the new coronavirus is causing fear and uncertainty worldwide. It also hangs as a threat to the welfare of companion animals, as many people think that their pets could spread the virus and should be quarantined. Furthermore, fear is that fear leads to the ruthless sacrifice of cats and dogs.

This could lead to other public health situations, such as increased bites and attacks on humans and other animals, running over resulting in traffic accidents, and possibly an increased occurrence of diseases among animals and eventual zoonoses such as rabies, leishmaniasis, among other.

We have prepared this questionnaire to dispel doubts and distinguish between myth and reality. Our message is simple:

At this time there is no scientific evidence that pets are a source of infection for either other animals or humans. Our recommendation is that pet owners continue to care for them and remain calm. Abandonment is under no circumstances an option. Neither is animal sacrifice. This pandemic is not, and cannot be used, under any circumstances, as a justification for practicing ruthless killing.

Dogs improve and enrich the lives of humans. They accompany them, protect their houses and production animals, and are capable of learning and even performing extraordinary tasks. Additionally, they can be of great psychological support for families, by reducing stress levels and suicidal tendencies, something of great support in times of social distancing.

Can I take my dog for a walk?

The most important thing is that you follow any rule and recommendation that has been communicated by your government regarding leaving home and staying safe. If you can still go outside and have no symptoms of COVID-19, you could take your dog for a walk, avoiding contact with people. There is no evidence that dogs can become ill or transmit COVID-19 to people. There is also no evidence that the virus can be transmitted through feces. However, it is vitally important that you collect feces and dispose of them responsibly, to respect public health and your community. Always wash your hands before and after interacting with your pet or its belongings and be sure to disinfect all surfaces in your home.

Maintaining social isolation is the right thing to do, but it is also essential that your pet walks and exercises. If you are going out with your dog, we suggest that you follow the recommendations of the Veterinary Councils, to ensure the safety of all:

• Outdoor walks should be short and focused, just to meet your physiological needs;
• Only one person should walk the dog on each outing;
• Find less crowded places and prefer quieter moments;
• Avoid contact with other animals and with other people.
• Back home, clean your pet's paws with mild soap and water, making sure to clean the coat between your toes. Talk to your vet to learn about safe products for your pet.

                      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cholo walks like his owner on the street: slowly and calmly. Contrary to what happens to Ana with her three-year-old cocker spaniel, who is nervous and tends to face the rest of the dogs he meets during the walk in the park. People who live with dogs often report that their four-legged companions resemble them in their behavior and character: sleepy, sedentary, active, shy or greedy. But what about reality in this perception? "Instinctively, we choose animals with characteristics compatible with ours; and, therefore, next to a nervous person, there is usually a restless dog, or on the contrary, a calm dog coexists with a slow owner," explains the specialized psychologist. in animal therapy Carmen Castro. "Barry was like me: strong, corpulent and hard-working; he never gave up," remembers Gregorio Sánchez, owner of this dog who died a few years ago. Now he has another animal, Gus, a pit bull of the year and a half who is also very stubborn and clueless. "In fact, he has ever been hit with a lamppost, as has happened to me," he adds, laughing.

But this initial decision is not the only reason why people and dogs are alike, it also influences the ability of imitation of the pet. Adaptation to the environment is key to the survival of an animal and those who depend on individuals to meet their needs (food, shelter, affection) and live in groups, fully exploit their imitative and social skills to empathize and please their owners. "In reality, people and animals are very similar. And this mimicry that occurs between dogs and human beings who live together is comparable to what happens with couples, who end up being similar in character and way of acting," says Miguel. Ibáñez, animal psychiatrist at the Behavioral Clinic of the Veterinary Faculty of the Complutense University of Madrid.

Other researchers corroborate the dogs' ability to imitate their owners. This is the case of Claudia Fugazza and Adám Miklósi, from the Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary, who investigated the ability of the dogs to emulate people, and discovered that they can remember and repeat the actions of these individuals, such as turning around on themselves , even after a few minutes.

Cholo, Dina and Amy are the three dogs adopted from Eva María Blanco, who is in favor of the idea that the dogs blend with the personality of their owners. “In my case, they are similar to me in that they are calm, early risers and, since I don't like them to bark, it is rare to see them do it. Also, they are not fighters with other dogs: like me, they avoid confrontation ”.

We all know what causes the misuse of pyrotechnics. It affects older people, sick people, children, autistic, animals, if we start thinking we realize that it is the great part of society. What is the pleasure of throwing these bombs that are very dangerous, as a celebration? totally incomprehensible

In many districts and provinces this was already prohibited and that is why they do not stop celebrating, it is a matter of raising awareness and unfortunately only by prohibiting things they end up being fulfilled. When the holidays arrive, many suffer as I said before, people and animals, it is a very high cost.

There was already a request for this to which I joined and achieved many signatures, but now I find the news that was closed so I return to the subject in the first person and ask you, councilors, to discuss this issue and give a favorable ruling

Enough of innocent victims for manipulating pyrotechnics! You are the ones who have the power to make this request viable and I sincerely hope that they treat you and make us feel to the whole society that our requests are really taken into account.

                        -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Ayamontine singer has released a new album, 'I decide', an album in which she changes her record and with which she wishes to demonstrate that the girl who sang 'Before Dead That Simple' has become a very talented woman.

She will always be remembered as that cheerful and vivacious girl who won Eurovision Junior in 2004 with her catchy song 'Before dead than simple', but María Isabel López Rodríguez, artistically known only by name, María Isabel, has already passed that child stage and Now he goes back to the stage turned into a woman.

after the time when his ponytail was placed and intoned that of ‘Look boy’. Now the artist takes seriously that career that began 11 years ago as a hobby to present her new album, 'I decide', a more mature work, in which she evolves quite a bit, leaving that flamenco air that has always characterized her and changing it for sounds that throw more pop with electronic touches.

But remember that it all started in 2004, when after becoming the winner of the European musical contest, Ayamonte's little girl recorded ‘Don't touch my palms that I know myself’, an album that included the song ‘Before dead than simple’. His fame reached international heights and everyone wanted to meet that girl with so much salt shaker. So the Huelva set sail for Japan, the United States or Mexico, countries in which his first album was a resounding success.

In subsequent years, María Isabel released other recordings, entitled ‘Number 2’ and ‘Capricorn’, which were also liked by the public. Then came another new opportunity for the very young singer, also to be an actress. Taking advantage of his media pull, ayamontina became the protagonist of the children's film Angeles S.A. - later he would publish a third album titled the same as film production - in which he shared the scene with the actors Anabel Alonso, Pablo Carbonell and Óscar Casas.

And from the big screen it went to the small one. In 2009, the young woman of Ayamonte, and a teenager, became the host of the children's program ‘Los Lunnis’, of Spanish Television, a task she assumed for two and a half years. Fruit of this work was born Los Lunnis with María Isabel, an album with the great successes of these colorful characters played by the Huelva.

His natural grace also did not go unnoticed to the world of fashion, having paraded several years at the International Flamenco Fashion Show (Simof) and also at the Flamenco Catwalk in Jerez.

On the other hand, it should be noted that María Isabel has always been very faithful to her land, Ayamonte. Fame has not changed the affection that the young woman has to her place of origin, nor the devotion that her people feel for her and that she demonstrated by naming her Favorite Daughter, and erecting a sculpture in her honor in a children's playground.

Now, after taking a while, the Huelva has returned turned into a woman of 20 years. We have talked, therefore, with the singer, who is full of enthusiasm and desire to work.

You took a break and now you have returned to the stage again. What have you done in that time of reflection?

- I used to be a girl. I released my four albums, made a movie and was presenting The Lunnis for two and a half years. But I wanted to finish second year of High School and I wanted to train in singing, dancing and acting, which is what I have done in this time. In addition, it has been a two-year process preparing this new project, which has been slow, but my fans have always been there, supporting me and asking me to come back. They have grown up with me.

- How is ‘I decide’, your new album?

- It is a work based on illusion, hope, on doing what I like most. It has ten songs composed by David Santisteban. It is a very positive album, which talks about everything a bit, about the strength of the same person. It has more lively songs, but also ballads, pop and a touch of electronic music.

- Do you break then with your previous aflamencado pop in this work?

- Yes, it's not a flamenco pop. It is a different disc. I return with another image in every way.

Now that you talk about the image, there have been many comments that caused your change from girl to woman ...

- Well, I knew we were going to talk about this, but we all grow and change. I can tell that I am already an adult and I find it funny that there are people who thought I would never grow up. Years pass by me as they do for everyone and now I look at photos from before and I think ‘where did I go like this?’. But we have all gone through these stages.

- Continuing with your album, it is striking the scenes of the video clip of ‘Life is only one’…

- Mazagón Beach and the Riotinto Company Pier, spectacular locations and where we take advantage of the light of Huelva. So I also promote my province, my land, which goes ahead of everything. We have amazing places, it is not necessary to go outside. What we must do is squeeze these corners.

- I imagine you will have a favorite ...

- I have special places to relax, as one that is between the beaches of Punta del Moral and Isla Canela, also the viewpoint ...

- How do you think about the tour of this new album?

- Now we are in a promotion phase. In this sense I participated as a guest in 'It's called copla', 'What a night', 'Your face sounds to me', this week in 'The Great Queo' and on January 3 I will be in the program 'What a happy time' of María Teresa Campos. Then, at the beginning of the year, I already have several concerts raised nationwide.

- María Isabel, your childhood was not exactly traditional. Now that time has passed, when you look back, do you think you would have liked those years to be more "normal"?

- Actually my childhood was normal, my parents took care of it. I only traveled on weekends, bridges and vacations, to be able to go to school in Ayamonte every day, which is where I lived and where I still live. I had a normal childhood and would go back to that moment of life because it was the best: I met many people, traveled to many places ... for me what I was doing was a hobby, not a profession. I thank my parents very much for achieving that normalcy for me. To them I owe everything, being as I am today.

- In addition to being a singer, you are also an actress and model, do you have new commitments in these areas?

- My goal is to devote myself to music, although if there is any work in the cinema, or whatever, it would be a matter of studying it. For now I want to do what I like and that is related to the world of music. I like to live every day, but always aspires to more.

- After so many years, what is the main teaching you have made clear?

- That you have to enjoy the experiences and take advantage of the opportunities, although always with your feet on the ground. Also how close are the people, my fans. Thanks to them I get up with a smile, we talk on social networks ... I have them very present.

- Do you especially notice the proximity of Huelva?

- Of course. In Huelva sales are the highest, the public here always supports me and I feel very grateful for that. People are happy with my work, with the video clip, the media also helps me ...

- Finally, a message for these Christmas holidays.

- Wishing everyone a good year full of peace, tranquility and love.

Thank you very much María Isabel.
